Just worked some Snatch and Clean and Jerk with Baity

Worked up to 225# and 275#. Clean and Jerk felt super heavy. Lost a ton of strength over the past 4 months of trying to finish out this damn building.

*This has been the longest break I have had in training but with the move, didn't have much of a choice. The new site is open as of today. For the first time in as long as I can remember, it is actually more fun working on the business and training isn't that big of a concern. I will continue to get sessions in but they just don't affect my mood and life like they had in the past. It feels pretty good to be over the stage of trying to cram in 3 hour sessions and have it ruin my day if I missed one.
