Been tough to get in some training this week with the new place being open, things should start slowing back down in a few weeks and I can get back into a routine.
Saw this workout on Drob's site and gave it a try. Much slower than he did it....

For the first time in as long as I can remember, it is actually more fun working on the business and training isn't that big of a concern. I will continue to get sessions in but they just don't affect my mood and life like they had in the past. It feels pretty good to be over the stage of trying to cram in 3 hour sessions and have it ruin my day if I missed one.
