On The 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes:
250m Row + 50 Foot HS Walk
*Made it 10 rounds but scaled the walk from round 4-10 to about 40 feet.
Then:
A1. Build to a tough FS (285#)
A2. 5 Snatches at 80% (205#)
A3. Build to a tough FS (285#)
A4. 5 Clean and Jerks at 80% (225#)
