1. RUN MUST BE START AND BE TAGGED OFF AT 25 YARD LINE.
2. WHEN FIRST RUNNER OF 2ND PAIR IS IN, NEXT EXERCISE CAN BEGIN.
3. CO-ED TEAMS SCALE 800M ROW TO 700M AND 80 CAL BIKE 70 CALS. 2 SEPARATE BARS.
