Training (2p)

A. "Squat snatch/clean" play 15-20 min
*Built quickly to 235# with no misses.

*PR by a mile. Went U/B on everything and would have been about 6 seconds faster but failed 1st rep in set of 5 Snatches. No missed Mups. This put me in a really bad place and was nowhere near recovered after the 10 minutes.

*Was nowhere near ready to do this. Went U/B but had to take a good amount of rest b/w Thrusters and Pullups. Laid on the ground in fetile position for about 8 minutes of the 10 minute rest.

*First time running for time since surgery, calves were tight and knee wasn't great but no major issues other than being slow as shit. All KBS and Pullups were U/B. 

*Gut is acting up again, going to see doc on Wednesday to see what is up. Let's keep program rolling and see how things go with Doc. Don't want to change up, hoping we just change meds and get it back under control.
