*Built quickly to 225 Snatch and it felt pretty good. No misses.

*U/B On OHS. Muscle-Ups were 10/6-4/6-4
*Muscle-Ups continue to feel really solid.

15 thrusters 135#
15 CTB pull ups

*Thrusters were 15/6-5-4/7-4-4
*C2B were all U/B
*C2B felt great but this hurt really bad. This was one of the more painful workouts you have given us in quite some time. Fresh, this wouldn't be too terrible, however, we were far from fresh.

*This hurt way more because it was last. Brutal combination of workouts today.
