Training AM Session (1030a)


A. Squat clean/squat snatch tech work

*Built quickly to 250, missed once and then got it.

*MUps were all U/B
*Front squats felt super heavy here but Muscle-Ups felt pretty solid.

100 wall balls
30 power snatch 185#

*1st 100 U/B then singles on PS...which got heavy. 2nd 100 WB were 43/65/100
