**Had to do this for Jess' birthday. Each year, I let Jess pick a workout that she wants to do and then we do it together for her birthday. This year was different because I am doing your programming so I convinced her to do the strength work with me which I should get the Nobel Peace Prize for because that wasn't an easy sell. "White" felt good actually, was a little surprised. Rope Climbs weren't bad, went U/B on both T2B and Lunges for all 5 Rounds.
C. CGDLx1/Pwr CLNx1/Squat CLNx1 OTMEM for 10 minutes.
*Used 205# and it felt fairly easy.
