Warm-Up
BB Complex/Rowing/Mobility

Strength:
1. Split Jerk @ 80%. 2 Reps EMOTM for 10m. 
*Used 265. Felt good, no missed reps, got a little sloppy towards the end.

*Used Green Bands and 225# on the Bar. Felt good.

50' Yoke Carry (used 305# BB)
10 Hang Squat Snatch (135)

*T2B are slowly starting to feel better. 9/1 - 6/4 - 10 on Hang Squat Snatch. T2B were in sets of 5-7 from the start.

*This was really bad for me. Not sure what happened. Right from the start, didn't have much energy. OHS crushed me. Couldn't catch my breath throughout the workout. GHD's way harder than they should have been. WTF...
