1RM Snatch
 *185/205/220/230/240/250(PR)/260(PR)/265(x)
*Felt really good on these and I think there is at least 5-10 more pounds in the next month or so.
1RM Clean and Jerk
*285/305/320(PR)/330(PR)
*If I would have known I was going to PR by 35#, I would have climbed much differently but by the time I hit 330, I was pretty much done and didn't attempt anything else.

Conditioning

7 Bear Complex @ 185
50′ HS Walk
5 Bear Complex @ 205
50′ HS Walk
3 Bear Complex @ 225

*This was pretty brutal. Went U/B on 185 and then failed once during the 205 set. Went U/B on 225. Handstand walks were decent, broke it up a few times knowing that I had to have something left in the shoulders for the 205 and 225 complexes. Very curious to see how others did on this. I don't think my time is going to be that good compared to others, wish I wouldn't have failed at 205....
