*Built to 310# and stopped here. 

B. Snatch grip RDL @4020; 4-5x5; rest 2 min (use straps if needed)

*Used 225# for all, tough for me as my hamstrings are always a weakness.

C. 45 degree parallete support hold; amsap unbroken x5; rest 90 seconds
*50 Seconds each round

D. Wall facing shoulder taps; amrap unbroken x3; rest 2:30

*1st Row was 3:23, second row was 3:28. Not sure how much faster I could have went. We put the rowers 75 feet from burpee location and burpees were 50 feet from boxes. Really like setting things up like this. Amazing how much it actually changes things.
