Training (3p)
Did a station workout where we just did a certain number of reps at each station and then rotated. Thought it was going to be kind of easy but turned out to be a little bit of a kick in the nuts. Should have known not to put Plyo Lunges in there....

30 Plyo Lunges
30 24" Box Jumps
200m Run
*Did 3 Rounds without breaks
Rest 10m
SB Shuttle Run
*This was pretty fun, did about a 400 yard shuttle run carrying 20,30, and 40# balls with a partner.
