A. Wide grip L-pull ups; accumulate 30 perfect reps
*Took my time and did sets of 3-4

B. Legless rope climb tech work (4-8 reps based on comfort, not fatigue based)

*Did 6 and felt fine

C. Bulgarian ring rows; amrap unbroken x3; rest 2 min

*Went U/B on all thrusters hoping that it buy me a little slower pace on the BBJ but they ended up being really slow. This hurt from the end of the first thrusters. Need to break up the set of 21 and pick up the pace on the BBJ next time.
