A. Power snatch; build to a max
*205/220/230/240
*Stopped at 240 and it felt pretty solid. Will post video with tomorrow's results

Open workout 14.3 (DL/box jump)

*146 (16 Reps @ 315)
*Bounded all box jumps and those felt fine. Deadlifts felt pretty solid until 315. Went U/B on 135 and 185. 12-8 for 225. 6-5-4-5-5 on 275 and then triples and doubles on 315. Thought I was ahead of my Open pace but ended up 5 reps short.

*1:52 pace. This was pretty awful for the first 1k and then was able to settle in. Low back was crushed starting this.
