A. Squat clean; 3 reps on the min for 10 min 225#
*Complete, did these all TnG and they felt fine.
B. 1 1/4 Back squat; 3, 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 3 min (same load across)
*315# for all. Should have went a bit higher, maybe 325-330# next time.

*Really wanted to go U/B here and when I got to 60, I literally told myself, "damn, I am going to go U/B and then I can finally tell Max that no one will touch that time". I thought I had it....then dropped at 71 like a sissy. Took about a 20 second break and then did the last 29 u/b.
