A. Squat clean; build to a max

*Haven't hit this in over 18 months so that is a plus. The pull feels so easy, it's just taking time to get the squat feeling better.

B. 1 1/4 Back squat; 5x5; rest 3 min (same load across)

*This was probably 10 pounds too light....but felt good.

20 min amrap:
21 wall balls
14 box jumps 24" (step down)
7 strict hspu
*10 + 30 Reps
*WB and HSPU all U/B. WB got uncomfortable but not terrible, HSPU were tough at round 6 on but was able to stay U/B.
