*210 - No Misses, Felt Good
B. Squat clean; 1 on the min for 8 min 275#
*Complete, felt a little heavier than I expected
C1. Front squat; 3x3; rest 10 sec
*315 / 315 / 315
C2. 5 strict muscle ups for time x3; rest 3 min
*2-2-1 / 5 / 4-1
*Felt good here for not doing them in such a long time.

*OHS felt easy and snatched into first rep
*C2B Unbroken and felt good
*Not too much time to make up here, probably some smaller guys are getting mid 1:50s but can't imagine too much faster than that.
