Then complete 100 Reps in as few sets as possible

*Complete 40 Push-Ups every set until everyone else finishes. Split 40 between those that are finished. Roughly 150 Push-ups each. 

C1. DB Pullovers; 12 Reps
C2. Wide Pulls; 10 Reps
