*Rest 8m between 4th and 5th and run.

*Was trying to keep it around 1:34 average but ended up feeling really good throughout. This is something I definately need work on so we will try to incorporate it depending on what Rudy thinks is the best for me to get better at running. Wasn't crushed at the end of it which was a great feeling.
