Decided to rest one more day post comp. Wasn't really sore today, just thought it wouldn't hurt to give my body another day, why not right? I want to be very careful how hard I push this far out from the big show. There is no point in trying to cram days of work in if I am not feeling it. Don't get me wrong, when I lift, I go as hard as possible, but need to be smart about my rest days and remember that an extra day here and there are not going to hurt me. 

I did some recovery runs at a pace that didn't hurt too bad.
