Sick 8 Feb and still took rest day yesterday. Came down with some bullshit 24 hour virus. It has been spreading like crazy around Charlotte. Felt great this morning and by no means do I think the performance was solely because of last two days but lungs were just crushed during the 8m Amrap today.
