*Wasn't sure how to game this one but Brock did 5 Rounds and got to the KB so I knew I could get over that, it would be a good run. My triceps were by FAR the limiting factor, they were smoked. This surprised me and makes me want to really focus some extra Z1 Volume on pushups to help improve my capacity as pushups will be in the open or regionals for sure.
