*Was able to get Caleb Ward over to coach me on the lifts today. He was a junior olympic champ and lives about 30 minutes away. Got some great feedback on C&J and Snatch. Went a little lighter than I normally would have tried so I could really focus on form and make the corrections he wanted. Snatches felt pretty solid. I don't think I have ever hit a double at 215 before. He messed with my feet a little with my Jerk and it felt pretty good. Awesome Coach and very lucky to have him be able to come here. Will try and get with him another session next week and the following before he takes off back to Texas.
