14 November

Off the Fast for 1st Day. Started eating more vegetable soup and integrated some lean protein. Felt great all day. Great to be able to eat food again.

Went for a light 1 mile run and then did a 10m triplet of:
5 Ring Pushups
5 DH Pullups
5 GHD Sit-Ups
*Completed 8 Rounds but kept it really low intensity
