Day 2 after Fast:
Still felt really good with no stomach or gut issues with introducing food again. Don't notice any difference from the fast as of yet other than being a weak, skinny bitch after losing 10 pounds. Have began the 10# amrap to see how quick I can put back on the weight I lost. Added more protein and some fats in tonite. Continue to feel good. Did some light training.

*Completed 13 rounds and then hands starting getting a little beat up so I cut it short of the 15 that I anticipated doing.
