*155/165/165/165/165 (These all felt like shit, not sure what I am doing wrong)
C. Snatch grip romanian deadlifts @32x1, 4-6x4; rest 2 min

D. Seated barbell shoulder press (back not supported) @31x1, 4-6x4; rest 2 min
*95x7/115x6/125x5/125x5

PM (330p)
60 minutes playing with the following movements (no failure, no hard breathing)
Muscle ups
Chest to bar chin ups
Turkish get ups
Kettlebell windmills
Kettlebell snatch
Ring dips
Handstand push ups
L-Sits
*Spent 7 minutes at each station, nice and smooth, tried to have perfect form.
