Not as sore as I thought I would be from "Garrett" yesterday but didn't want to do anything heavy so I can let my back rest today and tomorrow before hitting it again on Monday.
A. 400x4, rest 3m b/w sets

*Runs actually felt really good, not sure how/why.

*Loser does 6 burpees during rest
C. 7 Ring Dips OTMEM for 7m
