We are hosting a Hero WOD for a local Marine who lost his legs in Afghanistan tomorrow so we wanted to go through it today and put some times on the board for people to chase tomorrow.

WOD:
"Garrett"
800m Run
Then 8 Rounds for Time:
5 HSPU
6 Squat Clean Thrusters (135/85)
7 OTB Burpees
Then
800m Run

Steve - 25:07
Tristin - 25:11
Baity - 30:00

*My back got really tight about 6 rounds in and was killing me through the squat clean thrusters and the final run. HSPU were all U/B and mostly kipping.
