Min 1: 200m Run
Min 2: 1 Muscle-Up + 5 Ring Dips + 1 Muscle-up + 5 Ring Dips (Can't drop from rings)
Min 3: DU Poker (65 - 75 - 70 - 75 - 85) All U/B
B. Squat Clean (1-1-1-1-1)
*20 Minutes for 5 lifts as heavy as possible. Score is total load.
*315x - 320 - 325 - 325 - 315
*Just caught the first rep lazy and paid for it with a miss. 325 didn't feel terrible but a little weak out of the bottom.
*Again, not a bad workout for today, body feels fine, brain feels good, will take tomorrow off and will be all good.
