A. Clean grip deadlift; 5x5; rest 2 min (same load across)
*365 for all
*Felt heavy, been a while since we deadlifted heavy and it shows. 

B. KB jump squats; 6 reps x6; rest 2 min 70#

*Not bad at all, used two boxes and put KB between the two at bottom of squat.
