*Muscle-Snatched First 50 and then slowed down during last 25. Some time is there to gain if I can stay a little smoother in last 25. Now that I know I can go u/b, I can speed up that last section.

*This was the first time ever doing this workout. Felt like I was pretty fast on the rope. Thrusters were u/b. Set of 15 was pretty brutal. Slowed drastically for last 6 rope climbs. Same idea as Randy, if I can pick up the pace on the last 6 climbs, there is probably 20-30 seconds to gain.

After day 1, hammies and traps were the only thing that was a little tender. Morning of Day 2, hammies started to get a little tighter. Nothing else bothered me, low back was fine. Need to take care of my hamstrings following Randy and maybe a massage Friday night at Regionals to flush everything out.
