Never done this before and it felt pretty good, I can definately get it under 10 minutes next time. Freestyle the entire time.

*Felt good, went a little over 2 miles
Good day today, lats are a little sore from Pullups on Friday and Rope Climbs on Sunday but will be fine by tomorrow.
