Today was a make-up day for some things that I missed while I was gone in California. Didn't want to go too hard since we are starting a new program tomorrow.

A. Push Press:

B. GH Raises 15-20 (x3)
C. GHD Sit-Ups 30 (x3)
D. Ring HSPU 10 Sets AMRAP each
*Very tough for me, got 1-2 each set.
