1RM Clean and Jerk
*225/255/275/285(f)**I failed at 275 3 times before I got it. The jerk portion of it actually felt good every time and I can't see why I failed. Very frustrating that I only got to 275#. The clean didn't feel bad, even after 4 attempts at 275 and then going to 285, the clean wasn't too bad. I didn't feel rushed or out of breath before the jerk, I just couldn't get the bar overhead. It has been a frustrating week so far.

This was a bloodbath, tried to stay consistent with the row splits but they went from 1:50-2:00 by the end.
