Was able to come in and work with Tom from MDUSA on some Oly Skills. It was an awesome opportunity that I will definately take advantage of again.
A. Worked from the Blocks (Below The Knee) Snatch
*Worked up to 215 for singles and then did 3x2@ 215#
B. Worked from the Blocks (Below The Knee) Clean
*Worked up to 330 for singles and then did 2x2@ 300#
Felt great today, squat felt a little weak out of the hole but not too bad.
