*Was going to swim this morning and follow the swim with a 30m run but was told by the doc that she didn't want me swimming due to infection of the cyst. So instead, I quickly decided to do:

*24:58 (My lungs were fine for the run, just legs got tight for the first half)

Lower back is really tight from CFT and Holleyman. Going to play it by ear to see how it feels. May modify the workload for tomorrow.
