*Used 245 instead of 225 because that is what Joe said I should do. It made a big difference with the 20 extra pounds. This also wasn't one of my best decisions to do this following the Total from yesterday. My back was a little tight from the Deadlift and by round 20, it was the worst it has felt in about 4 months. It will be fine by tomorrow but I should have done this Thursday or Friday of this coming week. I went in to the box and Jess and Amy were going to do it so I decided to jump in with them....glad I did it but in retrospect, not one of my better ideas.
