Back felt fine today which is good. Not sure what happened yesterday but I am glad it didn't affect me today.
A. EMOTM for 10m
ODD: 10 Reps FS (225#)
EVEN: T2R/K2E/Mup x2 (Don't drop off the rings)
*This was much tougher than I thought due to the FS. Not much time to walk over and hit the Mup complex.
B. Tabata Something Else + Row
* Rounds each of:
-Pullups (86)
-Pushups (64)
-Abmats (64)
-Air Squats (100)
-Rowing (61)
Total of 375
Alright day today. I had to get a CT Scan of my colon so I fasted for about 14 hours which left me a little tired but it didn't affect my workout from what I could tell. Just made me realize I am not good on BW movements still.
