*Hamstrings and Back are really tender today from deadlifts.
A. Power snatch; build to a max in 4 attempts
*195/210/220/225(caught pretty close to parallel but gave myself the benefit of the doubt)
B. Power clean; build to a max in 8 min

*Feel like my PC has really dropped off since about 3-4 months ago.
C. 8 min amrap power cleans @90% of A

*This didn't feel good at all, had no pull towards the end.
