A. 25m To Establish 1rm Snatch
*155/185/205/225/240/255(x)/255(x)/255(x)
*Felt good about today, first time snatching heavy in a long time. 255 felt great on the pull and I have lots more room to pull just had trouble stabilizing overhead which makes sense from long layoff.
B. 10x2 Back Squats @ 315#, rest 60s
*Complete, was able to stay pretty fast throughout.
C. 20 Clean and Jerks For Time @ 185#

*Just took too much rest here between reps. Can go much faster and will test this again in a few more weeks.

Good day today, have been sick for the past 3 or 4 days with a headcold but didn't affect me today at all. I need to refocus and start hitting things with a little more intensity.
