Training (1145a)

A. Box Jump Gauntlet + Shuttle Run(5-10-15-20) + BJ Gauntlet

B. 20m Amrap
20 Thrusters (135#)
20 Pullups 
20 Burpees
*4 + 6 Pullups
*Thrusters started getting my back tight during round 3. Broke Thrusters 8-6-6, 5-5-5-5, 5-5-5-5, 5-4-4-4-3,  6-4-3-3-4. Pullups were all 12-8. Burpees were pretty slow. 

C. Bench Press
5-5-5-3-3
*225/250/275/290/300
*Just trying to build a little capacity before the comp.

Overall, not too bad of a day today. The body was still pretty banged up from the DL/BJ workout earlier in the week and I was pretty nervous as to how my back was going to hold up during this. Rested, I think 5 rounds is an outside shot, you would have to bleed for it, but I think it is possible for me.
