Had to train later due to some things going on earlier in the day. Definately a creature of habit as training in the evening threw me off a little bit. Decided to repeat the Regional WOD 6 that kept me out of the games last year. Not much changed, felt like I went faster but in the end, still a slow time.

Muscle-Ups were what took up majority of the time. Split all 3 rounds up 3/2/2.
