*Did 119 reps, 2 years ago 12 pounds lighter so I am pleased with the improvement. Kept a solid pace through the burpees and finished with about 5:35 to go. Hit my OHS U/B and then rested a good amount before hitting Muscle-Ups. Went 6/4 on muscle-ups and had 2:25 left to hit burpees. Breathing was tough, just don't feel like I am conditioned for this type of workout.
