*Worked from 185-255#. Felt good, no misses. Tried to be more violent on getting out of the clean. Sometimes I get lazy at the bottom. Overall, felt really good.
B1. Front squat 10 unbroken @225# x4; rest 10 seconds
*Thought these would be tougher but they actually felt really good. They were tough at the end but never close to failing.
B2. Amrap CTB chin ups (-2) x4; rest 3 min
