*Realized that OPT really doesn't like me during these 20 minutes.
*This day was definately challenging mentally. I had a great start with the Split Jerks but that was about it. Everything else was kind of a dissapointment. Mentally one of the tougher days since starting programming with OPT over 7 months ago. Glad that shit is over for the day. Ready for tomorrow....that was until I looked what was on the agenda....10m Row @90% (x3)...Ouch.
