*Felt really good and I think I am really close to 345.


A1. 85% Test

B. Build to a tough single power snatch
*165/175/175/185/185(f)/195/195/205
*Felt much better than it has in the past but cutting it close to catching in a full squat.


C. Find a 1rm incline bench press
*Had to rig using some blocks, think it was pretty close. Awkward the way we had it set-up. Stopped at 275 but still had some left for sure. Need to buy a damn flat bench.

D. 1 set amrap chin ups
*56 (PR) 
Butterfly felt great today, don't think I missed any reps but will wait to see what you think about them.
