*Felt alright, it really started to hurt about 4 minutes in and I couldn't flush the lactic acid out of my legs. Kept it above 400 watts for 8 minutes but then finished around 395. I thought I would be on pace with 400 watts but it is going to have to be closer to 430. As much as I hate to say it, I really want to do this again because I know I can get 300.

This felt pretty good, mentally it was a little tougher than I thought it was going to be. I just did this for 12m a week or so ago and it seemed easier then. Didn't break anything up and didn't have more than a few seconds break at any point.
