Warm up working on bounding drills
A. Front squat 2.2.2x5; rest 15 seconds/rest 3 min (~90%2rm weight)
*275 For All. Felt really good. Tough but good.

complex on the minute for 12 minutes
*Used 215 and felt great. Do you want me to go up if I can keep good form?
C. 20 unbroken CTB chin ups x5; rest 4 min*Used 215 and felt great. Do you want me to go up if I can keep good form?
*All U/B until last round, broke at 15. Biceps were really sore the next day.
