*Shoulders and wrists just got very fatigued. Can't wait to do this again next week, numbers will be much better.

*This felt better as I got into 2nd and 3rd set. Blocks should be done by Friday which will make next week much easier. Pumped to do this again.

*Never caught my breath from the first AMRAP of thrusters. Thought I would be able to go U/B on Thrusters but had to break up set of 10 into 5/5. Took alot of rest which didn't do shit for my wind, was just as tired as if I hadn't of rested. Will game shit like this different next time.
