*Felt pretty good, wrist/elbow mobility was bad through the first few thrusters and then slowly loosened up. Back felt good and had no issues throughout the wod. BS were tough but felt good getting 400#. Was an idiot and jumped too high on my last SP set, have no idea what I was thinking.
