*Pull didn't feel great on these but I felt really fast under the bar.

set to the next, cut it off)

Sprint 100m @97% effort

*This felt good, glad I didn't start any heavier and was able to get the 7 sets in. 255 was about as heavy as *I could have gone as I nearly failed on the last 2 reps here.
